Registration Guidelines for New Students

Registration will take place using a combination of in-school and online procedures.

Before attending classes, ALL new students along with their parents are required to follow the online registration process carefully below.

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., in-school registration will take place.

All new students, accompanied by their parent or guardian, must attend.

Our registration process is divided into two stages.

Both took place at the school on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022.

1. In-person registration.

On the day you decide to registr, parents must bring copies of the documents specified in the results package (Birth Certificate, Results Slip, and 2 Passport Sized Photos).

2. Online Registration.

Following the submission of the required documents, the online registration form must be completed. Although computers will be available, parents are encouraged to bring a mobile device, such as a laptop (recommended), tablet, or phone, to expedite the process and reduce wait time. The link for the online registration will be provided at the school.

Please note:

All students must have a working email address, and the registering parent(s)/ guardian(s) must also have a working email address.

If two parents/guardians are registering, they cannot use the same email address.

After completing the online registration, your login information will be emailed to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox, double-check your spam folder.

Private students must follow the steps outlined below.

Step 2: Bring the following documents along with your completed application from step 1.

Form 1:

1. Copy of the application form
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of SEA Performance Report Slip

Form 2-5
1. Copy of the application
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Official academic transcript from current school
4. Two reference letters (at least one must be from the Principal of the last school attended)
Once the documents are submitted you would be contacted as to the way forward

Principal’s Address. Be sure to tune in to the principal’s address, which will provide additional information about the way forward for all new students and parents of Caribbean Union College (CUC) Secondary School.

Fees

Incidental fees are $900 per annum.

Private Students

Private students pay $4000.00 per term in tuition and incidentals.

 

Bank Deposit

For cash transactions in excess of $200.00, a deposit slip can be obtained from the school and cash deposited at any branch of RBC Royal Bank.

Pay With LINX

Transactions of any amount can be processed via LINX/VISA/MASTERCARD (EMV [Chip] cards accepted) at the school

Pay With Cash

CASH Transactions on the school compound are limited to a MAXIMUM of $200.00. 

Note: All Financial transactions will be closed off at 2:00 p.m. (Mon – Thur) and at 12:00 p.m. (Friday)
