Registration Guidelines for New Students
Registration will be carried out using a combination of in-school and online procedures.
Before attending classes, ALL new students, along with their parents, will be required to follow the registration process carefully.
All new students, accompanied by their parents or guardian, will have to attend.

Registration at our school will take place on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 Am to 1:00 PM. Parents are requested to bring copies of specific documents which are the Birth Certificate, Results Slip, and two Passport Sized Photos. These are part of the necessary documents listed in the results package. An incidental fee of $900.00 is also required, and must be paid in full on the day of registration.
After the document submission, you will be directed to complete the online registration form at the school. While we have computers available for this purpose, we encourage you to bring your own mobile device. This could be a laptop, a tablet, or a phone. This approach helps to speed up the process and reduce waiting times. The link for the online registration form will be provided at the school itself.
Please take note of the following:
Every student and parent(s)/guardian(s) registering MUST have a functioning email address.
If two parents/guardians are registering the same student, they cannot use the same email address.
After you finish the online registration, your login details will be sent to your email within 3 to 5 days. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Private students must follow the steps outlined below.

Step 2: Bring the following documents along with your completed application from step 1.
1. Copy of the application form
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of SEA Performance Report Slip
Make sure to listen to the principal’s regular address, as it will offer more details about the next steps for both incoming students and their parents at Caribbean Union College (CUC) Secondary School.
Incidental fees are $900 per annum.
Private students pay $4000.00 per term in tuition and incidentals.
For cash transactions in excess of $200.00, a deposit slip can be obtained from the school and cash deposited at any branch of RBC Royal Bank.

Pay With Cash
CASH Transactions on the school compound are limited to a MAXIMUM of $200.00.
Note: All Financial transactions will be closed off at 2:00 p.m. (Mon – Thur) and at 12:00 p.m. (Friday)
