Form 3 Subject Choices
Select The Right Subjects Based on Your Career Interest.
At the form three (3) level, every student is presented with the opportunity to pick a group of subjects that they would like to pursue in the upper forms (form 4 and 5). This task can sometimes appear daunting especially when the student still has no idea as to what they would like to do for a profession. This leads the student to choose subjects based primarily on what they ‘like’ or enjoying doing.
While we encourage students to pursue subjects they like, it must be noted that the subjects chosen will consequently impact their readiness for a future profession. Fortunately, we have made the process simple, effective and less taxing on the mind of the student and parent by categorizing student behaviours into six (6) major group.

Each tutee, along with their parents, is given a questionnaire that accumulates a score. This score then reveals to the student, his or her major interest area for the above-mentioned categories. Using this pragmatic approach, the student can then confidently continue the selection process, by reading the details of each subject offered, to make a more informed decision.
